Your primary contact will be Peter Berry, our Founder and Principal Consultant, who will personally oversee your project from start to finish. During the onboarding phase, our Sales & Marketing Manager will also be available to ensure a seamless start to the engagement.

You can expect regular collaboration with the relevant people in your business, including IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders where needed. We use in-person meetings or virtual sessions through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar tools to keep the project coordinated and efficient.

That depends on your team’s availability and the nature of the project. We always aim to minimise disruption to your operations. During the initial gap assessment, we’ll outline the internal input needed and work around your schedule as best we can.

We take a transparent and solutions-focused approach. If challenges arise, we’ll communicate openly with your team, work through issues collaboratively, and find the best resolution, professionally and constructively.

We deliver most of our services remotely, which allows us to support clients across the UK efficiently. Where a project would benefit from an on-site visit, we can discuss that during the initial scope and agree the most suitable arrangement.

If possible, please have a brief overview of your business, any existing policies or procedures, and any current concerns about compliance or security. If you already have audit findings, incident records, or previous reports, those can also help us make the first conversation more productive.
