Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the UK energy sector, specialising in compliance, data protection, information security, and health & safety. He’s worked with companies like Alt HAN Co and RWE Npower, and now runs Elmar Risk Management, helping small and medium-sized businesses stay compliant. Peter is a qualified Data Protection Practitioner, ISO Lead Auditor, and is currently working towards his NEBOSH Level 6 in Health & Safety. He’s also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and regularly delivers training and coaching.

Eleanor, a recent Criminology graduate from UWE Bristol, supports Elmar’s sales and onboarding process by helping clients understand complex compliance requirements and conducting detailed gap analyses. Her background in criminology gives her a solid understanding of regulation, risk, and ethical practice, which aligns with Elmar’s mission to help businesses stay compliant with UK laws and standards. She approaches every challenge with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
