Terms & Conditions:​​

1. Only one entry per person will be valid

2. Both questions at the beginning of the form must be answered correctly, all information / answers to those questions are within the website, incorrect answers will not qualify for the giftcard

3. Entries close at midnight on Sunday 2nd February 2025, the 32nd valid feedback form received will be the winner of the £20 Amazon gift voucher.

4. Results of the prize draw will be announced on this website on Monday 3rd February 2025

5. In the event that less than 32 feedback forms are received, the last valid feedback form received by midnight on 2nd February will be counted as the winner  

5. The winner will be contacted by email, if no response to claim the gift card within 7 calendar days, the 33rd feedback form will be chosen and so on until acknowledgement is confirmed 

6. Where the is not 32 feedback forms and the last form received on 2nd February at midnight does not acknowledge receipt of the gift card within 7 calendar days, the form prior will be selected, and so on

7. The gift card will be issued electronically to the email provided in the feedback form 

8. The gift card is issued under the terms & conditions of Amazon and cannot be exchanged for a cash value 

8. Friends, Family & Colleagues of Elmar Risk Management Limited are not eligible to claim the £20 gift card  ​

9. By providing your email address and participating in this feedback you are providing your consent for your email address to be processed for the purposes of this prize draw only.
